Allow Me To Introduce You To 'Land Meets Sea'

Hello my friends!

I’m comin’ to ya today with a review of a new-to-me line of skincare and body products called Land Meets Sea. They’re out of Portland and have quite a beautiful lineup.

I have 5 of their products so let’s jump right in.

Ya ready?!

The first product is their Cleansing Mud.

This luxurious cleansing mud can be used as a cleanser or a mask. It packed full of ingredients to detoxify your skin without stripping or drying it out. It has raw honey (aka liquid gold) which promotes skin regeneration and can help fade scars. It also has kaolin clay, which removes extra oil that causes those freakin’ annoying blackheads. Baobab oil is known to soften the skin and help smooth talk your skin cells to rengerate. Violet leaf soothes and heals your skin of any inflammation and if you have acne-prone skin or rosacea- this product is for you! It won’t irritate your skin!

Onto application! If I use the Cleansing Mud at night, I’ll apply it after I oil cleanse. While my skin is still damp, I’ll take a quarter size (or a little less) amount and gently massage it into my skin. I’ll leave it on my skin while I’m brushing my teeth or making my morning latte. Then I’ll use a warm washcloth and remove it.

My skin instantly feels soft and smooth. My skin is hydrated and actually feels like healthy skin.

I really love this product. I love how it’s handmade in Maine and that they use wild harvested and organic ingredients. And it’s in a glass jar!

They also sent over their Cloudberry & Cinnamon Toner.

I was super interested in this toner because I don’t think I have ever used a toner with cinnamon in it. Would it sting? Would I smell like Christmas? No and yes.

This toner does a great job at keeping skin clear. It’s gentle and does not irritate the skin at all. It helps keep your skin bouncy and youthful (yes please). Their toner actually closes the pores on your skin (bye bye blackheads), and helps balance out the ph level of your skin.

I apply it after cleansing and before moisturizer. Or even if I want a spritz midday to invigorate my skin. It’s realllllll nice!

Again, incredible handmade product with great organic, wild harvested ingredients and stored in a glass bottle.

Next up is the Skin Cream!

Helllooooo silky soft skin. Goodness gracious this skin cream is amazing. It’s thick - but not heavy. It does such a good job at moisturizing and actually keeping my skin moisturized. If I use it before bed, I wake up the next morning and I still have a nice little glow. It has olive oil, shea butter, local beeswax, frankincense oil and myrrh oil to name a few! It smells delicious and not feminine so it’s perfect if you don’t like the flowery moisturizers.

Once again, this product has organic and wild harvested ingredients and is in a glass jar!

I can't forget to mention their perfumes!

The two they sent over now live in my husbands drawer. Oh the things you do for love. But before he stole them from me, I had the scents Dream of Trespass, which have notes of tangerine, sandalwood and vanilla and Never Settle, this one smells of citrus, lavender and musk. They smell great! They’re unisex but for me fall a little more on the masculine side of scents. Still delicious though!

They use triple-filtered USDA organic grape alcohol, essential oils, CO2a and absolutes. Dats it! And you guessed it - packaged in a glass roll-on (or in a 50ml atomizer).

As of now, they have three different scents. Since scents are so tricky to buy online, you can buy a Discovery Set where you get a hefty sample of each scent to try before you buy.

I highly recommend you check out Land Meets Sea. They have a ton of other products on their website so go give them a looksie and start shoppin’!

Hope you guys have a great rest of your week!

Yours Truly,
